Logan's Roadhouse

Really enjoyed the dinner, but the hour wait for the table wasn't fun. Logans has some of the nicest steaks out of the chain restaurants. I got the ribs and they were falling off the bone. My wife had a steak and it was cooked perfectly. Our waitress was so nice and took very good care of us. Guess we have learned to choose a week day and avoid Friday or Saturday.

Went in with a large party on a Sunday night. Had to wait a bit for a table which was understandable. Got seated and waitress took drink orders right away. She was sweet. You could tell they were a bit understaffed that night but no real issues. Everyone got their food but a few problems with the order. Some of the steaks were very fatty. The manager came over and told us the steaks were cut in house and she had several other complaints about the cuts. So they replaced any steaks that people had issues with. The manager was great. It wasn’t her fault the cuts were a bit off. And to be clear not all the steaks were bad. All in all it was a good experience. The manager def was attentive and trying to make everything right. Would recommend to others and would go back again myself if I was in the area.

Never been to a Logans roadhouse so did not know what to expect. Met some people there was seating quickly. It is a dark bar/restaurant with tvs and it felt like a quiet family friendly environment. My waiter was very good and got my drinks and food quickly. The food was fairly priced and the quality was also very good. Would recommend this place to try!

We had a large group for a birthday celebration (40+ people). Our servers did a fantastic job taking orders, refilling drinks, and serving food. The only disappointment was I ordered a NY strip steak which is normally a lean cut of meat, but at least a third of the steak was fat. I mentioned it to the manager when he asked how things were (the kitchen was very short staffed but still dud very well with our food) and that was our only complaint for the evening. The manager did make an adjustment to our bill because of the poor quality of my steak but overall we had a very pleasant experience.

First of all we were put in the very back room away from everyone. For anyone going there avoid going to that room at all cost just tell them no. Once you're back there you're basically forgotten about. Not to mention the room is very loud. Ask for our service, the waitress was very slow kept forgetting things and spent more times talking to people instead of taking care of her tables. As far as the food goes the best thing was the hot rolls as my steak was not only undercooked but was cold. Maybe they were having an off-day but it was enough for me to decide to just go somewhere else from now on

I ordered take out yesterday, which I have to admit I was hesitant to do because I don't like reheating food especially when it comes to steaks. When I'm craving a steak, Nothing else will do so I took my chances. When I got home and took the first bite it actually melted in my mouth!! I didn't need a knife, gosh I hardly needed a fork! Lol It was cooked perfectly medium rare and seasoned just right. I was so impressed and extremely satisfied that I had to let you guys know! Thank you for all you do!
