I was a little nervous about eating here based on many of the past reviews, but I decided to give them a chance today when I found out they were under new management. I'm so glad I did because everything was fresh and amazing. I don't know the name of the dark haired girl who helped us at the drive thru, but she was awesome and hooked us up with sauces. Great service and great food. My family and I will be back.

Took 60 minutes to get food... who knows or cares if it's good at this point. Management needs to pay employees better so they'll actually care enough to get people through.

The onions rings are amazing. Cooked perfect. However, the chicken sandwich was so overcooked I could barely bite into it and as dry as the Sahara. The guy taking orders said there's only him, one cook and someone working the front. KFC best get its act together or they'll go the way of Popeyes! I won't be returning

The drive thru chick was very unprofessional, she tried to tell me that she didn't know if they had 8pcs of chicken, long paused waiting for me to say I wanted something else, then said she would have to ask, while I waited for literally 5 minutes. We were in line after we ordered for almost 45 minutes at a FAST FOOD Restaurant!!!! Management really needs to put in some work. I will say the food was very good and fresh though!!

The chicken was fresh out off the fryer but the other food wasn't. Couldn't even bite into popcorn chicken it had been sitting so long. The baked beans were old. It took 25 minutes in the drive thru. For that long of wait our food could have been fresher. They forgot our butter and honey and dipping sauces. At least the guy at the drive thru apologized for the wait and was friendly.

Part of the food cold. Before and after it was recooked two separate times, in the same drive thru and lobby visit. The attitude of all of the staff was worse then annoying. Both the condition of the outside of the building. As well as the cleanliness of the lobby the restrooms and the kitchen were appauling and down right embaressing. To the store and the company. People seemed pretty unprofessional, one wasn't even wearing a mask! They didn't understand my mother was allergic to gluten and she had to get a whole new meal because of it! Not just that the wait at the counter felt like forever

My husband went through driveup and ordered 16 piece meal. Got home and he had an 8 piece meal. Had to drive back 25 miles and Michael the manager treated him very good. Gave him the 16 piece meal free. Thank you Michael. My husband told me to leave you a good review you were awesome.

First..... The speaker was broken so we had to sit in line for an hour to even order.. didn't know it was broken until we got up to it... Then you have to sit and wait for your "fast food" because they can't cook it ahead of time...
Therefore... Secondly... Food was pretty awful... Chicken wasn't fully cooked and the mashed potatoes were super runny. Awesome way to spend $25 on a meal for our family that couldn't be eaten.
Maybe y'all should shut down until your speaker is fixed so you don't give your customers food poisoning when you try to rush food out.
