Huhot Mongolian Grill

The food here is presented buffet style served cold or frozen to be cooked on an large circular hibachi style cook top by a professional. You go through line and Add your protein veggies and sauce yourself, then it's go time. The place was clean, the service staff were pleasant and we had an average experience with the three of us. This concept has lasted a while in Kalispell and is unique and different in their ways. If I were to change anything it would be the location of the restrooms and maybe adding an energetic happy employee/manager to vibe with and support the front of the house in service and attitude. Our experience from the host stand to the table was akward and could have been communicated differently from the server which made interesting decisions in her service style and the moves she made with her prioritizing. It was interesting to witness and with a managers assistance could have been trained differently. No manager visible throughout our visit.

Love this resturant! The staff are so so friendly, welcoming, and kind. They always have a smile on their face and never stop working hard! The food is good, and its great that they offer such a variety of toppings, foods, and drinks. It’s cool to see your food being prepared right in front of you! The service is fast and efficient, without being poor quality. I have noticed that the handles of the sauce spoons are pretty sticky sometimes though, but that is really the only negative thing I noticed. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience here and will most definitely return. :)

Visiting from out of town. Really enjoyed this place, the staff were friendly and attentive. But the real wow factor for us was that there was no limit to how much you can eat, no bowl size, or weight limit. You can even go fill up a bowl multiple times! Basically all you can eat for one set price. Most grill type places don't operate that way, so that was neat.

I came in with a couple friends a little while back and Cassie was our server. I wish we would have been sat with the other girl that was working. Idk her name she had brownish colored hair and has been there awhile I’ve had her before with no problems. We waited forever for our drinks and didn’t get refills. She didn’t even offer us appetizers or anything and then she told us they were out of salad but then we watched the other server bring salads out to her tables. She told us that so she wouldn’t have to get it.. ridiculous and just lazy! She was too busy flirting with her manager to help us or really any of her tables. While the other server was running her butt off! The food was really good though and the grill guy was good and fun to watch!The food bar was surprisingly clean for how busy it was! And the host was doing a good job cleaning tables and stuff. Like I said I wish we would have gotten the other server that would have made our visit so much better and I would have given more stars!

This is the best HuHot I have ever been to. The staff are friendly, energetic and genuinely interested in making your experience memorable. The food is cooked properly and the chefs enjoy and take pride in their work. There is a reason we go every time we’re in Kalispell and that is because this place captured the heart of our (at the time) 5 year old and now that he is 13 he still talks about it being he favourite restaurant!
