The person who took my order made my day. She was cheerful and happy. When she brought my order to the table she held up the tray and said, Looky what I have for you!
This was amazing it was definitely one of those "made my own burger before break sandwiches" took me back to when a double cheeseburger cost .99 cents and the cheese melted to the paper! Great Job.
Today, the drive-through was managed very well!! If the order wasn't ready, they had us move to other spots, not holding up those in line! Condos to them!!! And my food was hot and delicious!!!
The best. Nice people. They said they could cook my nuggets well gone for me! I ask any other McDonald’s and it’s a rude “NO.” Thank you for being pleasant.
Good food, but customer service is not very good. People are not very friendly, on more than 1 occasion I have issues with customer service. Not everyone is coming thru the drive thru is mean and nasty.....

Well, the drive through wasn't packed, which was very nice. They did have an issue initially making sure we had all of our items, so we had to pull forward and wait.
But!!
The wait wasn't terrible, and we did get an extra hash brown for the wait.

The counter was unmanned, and there was a line waiting. I used the app and got our food, but there was no ranch for the nuggets in the bag. There were mops and buckets about the seating area, too.
Buss pulled in with 52 people and we were served within 20 minutes. It was great.
They do a good job at paying attention when you customize.

This is probably the best McDonald’s in Kalamazoo. Food is always hot and tastes fresh. Staff is super friendly and they all have amazing customer service!
