I don't do fast food, circumstances, and the peeps I was with dictated the need. WELL THEN, who got schooled? I don't know about the rest, but I'd definitely visit this location again. A full parking lot and lobby is always a good barometer, this location had both!

Had to double up on sandwiches for home and work 😋 but it was pouring down rain 🌧 😑 and my car got soaked in the drive thru 🙃 😑 fricking sucked

I like the staff here. Tonight I got my usual little John #5 w/mayo and extra jimmy pepps, it was so freaking good! Staff was nice as always!

The fastest sandwich in Kalamazoo for the best value! Jimmy Johns is my go-to when ever I’m in the Kalamazoo area. This store is clean and the employees are incredibly friendly. Highly recommend.

I tried Jimmy John's for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. The bread was soft and fluffy. The proportions of meat to everything else is good. I will definitely be getting JJ's again.

Really like the Tuna Club Sandwich at Jimmy John's. The Sandwich could have used a bit more of Tuna though as it felt relatively empty on the inside with mostly lettuce/tomato making the majority of it.
The restaurant is overall clean and nicely maintained. Its located in a good location. Service is also good. Good place to dine in.
