The baristas working this morning blew me away with their skills and service! additionally, while I sat drinking my coffee, they were all saying positive things about their customers and their job. their energy was contagious, and I'm definitely going to have a better day after stopping at this Biggby!!!

Megan absolutely nailed it. I had no idea what I wanted, I just told her I wanted an iced coffee drink and girl SLAYED.
Give her a raise because tipping isn't enough to reward her incredible energy and creativity!

All the employees are kind, the couple of times my drink has seemed off they remake it for me no problem. I go here near daily, as I'm autistic and it's one of my safe meals to get breakfast/ lunch here mostly because there's rarely deviation, &when there is, they fix it😁 i hate being a bother and they make it as smooth as possible.

BIGGBY is one of those hit or miss types of coffee places. Most of there stuff is delicious. I always get a latte and usually switch up the kind every time, however it’s the lattes are hit or miss. Either it’s booming with flavor or none at all. Today I got the red velvet latte which has become one of my favorite ones. I will always use BIGGBY for the amazing service and it’s worth it for those times they are spot on 💪🏼💪🏼

This location is very close to home, so it's pretty convenient. I always get the Frozen Mocha, and it always great!! They do seem to shut things down way before they close. Or just be randomly closed some days... Absolutely LOVE the waffle sandwiches. Very disappointed they're only seasonal...

This location is becoming a new on the go favorite of mine, nearly half way home from work!
The new waffle and bacon and waffle and sausage sandwiches are great. I am not a fan of the new maple bourbon lattes...might be better iced or frozen?

It's a Biggby kind of night! The Biggby location on the corner Sprinkle Rd & East Michigan have the friendliest Barista's I've ever met! Cam & Sam that My Daughter & I met tonight were really nice & pleasant to talk to!
