The staff there was so nice. Our Host & our Server were so sweet & engaging. My Southwest Chicken Bowl was nothing short of amazing!!!!! I would highly recommend the Applebee's on Gull Rd in Kalamazoo! Thank you for your amazing service!!!!

The restaurant is clean but very shabby. There was a booth that was dismantled and roped off with yellow tape in the corner. The ladies restroom was clean but the lavatory sink didn't drain properly. Our server was VERY attentive and pleasant without being intrusive. The food was, as usual, very tasty

I ordered my food online the 2 for $25. One of my entrees I ordered a bacon cheeseburger NO PINK, I thought this meant that my burger would be well done, instead I got a burger that was pink throughout the entire inside, I prefer my meat fully cooked and not medium rare.

New Young man was working & now days that's a Plus! However, special of the day is the special of that say, today. There went part of a tip, 12.99 from 15.99 is 3.less & attentive service in serving is needed & yes THere is such a thing as Hot Tea ☕️ it's not always ice. Everyone needs to learn & we don't want to freighter those "trying" to work, for everyone has to start somewhere.

My waitress " Diamond" was absolutely amazing!! She made our dining experience great!! My mom was visiting from out of town and myself my son and oldest daughter are great full for all she did going up and beyond out of her way!!! Keep up the amazing work Diamond!!🫶💯

I had Dominique (Diamond) as my waitress,her service was excellent. She kind, respectful, outgoing and courtesy. I highly recommend and would like her to serve every time I come in Applebee. She is outstanding.

The food came out on time with a party of 4. But the portions were small on the sides. Had to ask if I could get more of the exact portion and no problem waitress took care of it with no hassle. Overall experience was good would come again to this location.

If you're familiar with Applebee's, this is a typical restaurant. Our server was very friendly and attentive, helping to take care of a few issues. Food was okay. We had a steak, a burger and chicken strip. Broccoli came out cold. They don't have sweet tea, just packets to add.

Great food, and our server was great!
I think they need to train the hostess better, though. She kept dropping our silverware and menus, said how she just got out of bed. When she seated us, she didn't pass out all the silverware and proceeded to tell us that she had brain surgery. The hostess sets the tone for your whole dining experience.
