Pizza was delicious. It's a standard Pizza Hut and you get what you'd expect from any other Pizza Hut location. Nothing wrong with my experience, so 5 stars.
I got exactly what I wanted and 2 minutes before the screen display sign.
The food is always good as far as taste and quality. The curbside pickup process however is frustrating. There is no text or app notification as to when my order is ready. When arriving to pick up my order, instead of notifying via the app, I had to call the general number and listen to the message
The service I received was amazing! Front clerk I believe Megan was her name is an outstanding employee. She made sure I felt welcome, always smiled, was kind, courteous to everyone that came in.

This is a great little Pizza Hut. They really have added to the menu in a good way. There is a nice choice. They are quick and friendly. Dropping by is easy to do on your way home. The family will thank you. Clean. Quality is very good and they are consistent with that. Recommended.
Order was ready as indicated on the email confirmation. The counterperson was very courteous. No waiting. Easy parking. And of course, the pasta was good. Pizza Hut on Oneawa St. in Kailua is a 5 star location. We will be a repeat customer. Aloha!

Overall I love Pizza Hut pizza. The only issue is that the price of the pizza seems to be getting higher. Spending $50 for 2 pizzas is harsh. So it seems that ordering pizza is going to have to be on very rare occasion.
I order online (better deals) on the way home from work and it's ready in 15 minutes so I can just pop in and out on the way home. They have started charging for peppers and parmesan cheese but the containers are cute and a fair value.
Orders are always correct and complete; time estimates for delivery are accurate within 5 mins; drivers are always polite and wearing masks and gloves when handling deliveries.
