I’ve been there 4 times in the last month and has been the BEST McDonald’s I have ever been too! Service is friendly, food is hot and fresh and quality is on point. Moved here from Texas and very impressed. Thank you!
Overall, I am happy with our experience there, but it was kinda difficult to know where to order in the drive thru. The first intercom looked like the correct option based on the label, but they never answered there. We drove up to the second intercom and they answered right away! Good food and cool

A good clean McDonald's. This is a recently renovated McDonald's with good food. It is always a reliable fast food choice in Kailua. It is not as packed as the fast food at Kailua towne center. There also aren't a lot if homeless at this McDonalds so it is pretty safe. Right next to the bus stop.
The staff here is friendly, professional and welcoming. Store is very clean.
