Prima - Kailua - Photo album

The vegetarian (poblanos and crema) and vegan (oyster mushrooms and refried beans) tacos are excellent! Spicy Elote is pretty good too. Ask for the habanero hot sauce!
Came by for a quick pit stop, service was fast and we got our food fairly quickly. Got the fish tacos, which were delicious with plenty of flavor. The tortillas were tiny though, and for the price, didn’t really see worth the cost ($5.50ish).
Quaint location next to attached same building to the Kailua Foodland. I enjoyed the tasty two orders of "Pastor" and one "Elote". The tequila classic complimented my meal. Kind of pricy for the small size tequila and the "Pastor". Overall I'd return especially for the "Elote".
I've had tons of Mexican food in my time and never had tacos that tasted like this-- in a good way-- before. Unique food. Chips and nice and thick and salty. If you like fresh toppings, they douse 'em here with cabbage, radishes, and onion. Good ambiance and friendly folks.
I know we ain’t in Mexico, but their food makes it, in my opinion, one of the best tacos in Oahu! You get what you pay for! Strongly recommend that Al Pastor Taco and elote! That guac is packed! Me gusta this place yo!
It was a good taco place. Haven't had al pastor in a while and I really enjoyed it. All of the tacos we had were very enjoyable. Must try
Can’t get enough! The perfect amount of homemade & authentic freshness that you can get here on Windward side. I crave this place all the time and has become a go to spot for street tacos. Great salsas, hot sauces, and a smoked chile oil that I save and bring home as a marinade. Got to try the chick
So good. Nothing fancy but perfect if you want a flavorful taco. All of them are good. Get a margarita also. Again, don’t expect anything fancy as far as decor or ambiance but it’s a great spot for an afternoon taco.
Took the the drive from Aiea to Kailua to try this place based on a recommendation from a friend. I never mind driving some where for good food either , now your asking was it worth the drive? Yes for the most part it was. The menu is very limited, they only have a small snack section with chips and
This was my first visit and it definitely will not be my last! The restaurant is clean, the employees were friendly, and the food was sooooo good! Definitely a place to check out when you're craving legit tacos!
Best Mexican restaurant I’ve found in Oahu so far. It’s rather authentic and tastes similar to the Mexican food you’d find in California. I felt that the items were rather small though and a bit overpriced but overall really yummy.
Some of the best tacos in town hands down. Everything was fresh and delicious. They use blue corn tortillas that are my favorite. They also make delicious drinks. Would recommend stopping by for sure!
We always get the tacos my favorites are the Mahi and carnitas. The chips and guacamole are so good and the green tomatillo sauce is the best. They serve margaritas, beer and non alcoholic beverages. Servicd is good, everyone is friendly. it's a very relaxed atmosphere give them a try! 🌮🐓😜
The food was amazing, but I do believe their attitude needs improvement. Again, the food was amazing. I got a veggie & a fish taco. Both were very flavorful. We also ordered guac and chips for the table, and it was spot on.
Wow! I’ve been on island for almost a year and I’ve been looking for some authentic Hispanic food. And I think I’ve found it! The food was great! I had a Carne Asada quesadilla and an Elote with Horchata. The homemade salsas that are made compliment the dishes very well. My only critic I have is th
This place is legit!!! My husband and I live part of the year in México, so our standards for authentic tacos are high, and this did not disappoint!! They fill the tacos with so many goodies and don’t skimp at all on the ingredients. The corn tortillas are so delicious! The meat is tender and moist,
