It was nice to eat at Orchid again. With the COVID and traveling, we won't able to enjoy their food. We are with our good friends and we all said we would eat here again. I would recommend eating here. You won't be disappointed. If you go during their lunch time up until 2:30pm, you can have a wonde
The food was good. The service was a bit off-putting. We aren't loud or difficult. The chicken in the chicken satay was perfect. We would have liked a bit more peanut sauce, and in most places, we would have requested that, but we didn't see the server again until the next dish was dropped off.
Really wonderful Thai food; my friend and I got the veggie pad see ew and the veggie Panang curry. Both were delicious, good flavors and good portions for a lunch. Prices were fair; Thai iced tea was kind of syrupy sweet though, and the iced jasmine tea was quite watery. Will absolutely return for
Cozy place with delicious food! Best green curry and pad see eew was amazing! Spring rolls were very good too!
We enjoyed our lunch here. The pu pu platter was very good as was the fried rice and kai kua chicken. Make sure you order rice if you get curry- it is more of a soup. The chicken stir fry did not have a good balance, not enough chicken.
Don't let the outside of this restaurant fool you! Once you walk into the restaurant, you'll find a cozy space with authentic decor. The spicy beef salad was fantastic! Cashew chicken was great. My husband had the ground beef basil. He thought the beef was too bland. Service was fast and courteous.
Have always loved the thought food here. Their location the food is still delish! Quiet ambiance and mellow atmosphere when you dine in. Was not that busy when we got there for lunch but service was a little slow. They seemed short-handed, and the waitress only returned once to refill water. Our o
Very nice ambiance with good service and great food!
Stumbled on this place by accident, and was NOT disappointed!! Really tasty and well priced Thai food- the flavors exploded in our mouths. The mint in the spring rolls and pineapple in the pineapple curry were stand outs. The pad Thai was also quite delicious. The service is a little slow, but only
Really great food (as with all Thai beware of spice level) the service is always good too. I have never seen it busy in here. Price point is very reasonable. Don’t fear the fish sauce. It’s not very fishy and adds that particular zing. Enjoy!
Whenever it inevitably comes up that I’m from Hawaii, I pull out my list of go-to recommendations. Orchid Thai is always at the top of that list! Their food is delicious, affordable, and instilled with that genuine kindness that comes from home cooking. Some people come to Hawaii for Mai Tais and ti
We were visiting from NYC and had a hard time finding vegan options for dinner. We googled Orchid Thai and were so happy they could make some of their options vegan friendly. We arrived and were told it would be a 30 min wait. After 8 minutes the female manager in a purple T shirt called us back tha
Been coming here regularly for over 2 decades. So many great Thai dishes to enjoy! If you're going during the summer time which is Hawai'i's Mango season try their Mango & Coconut sticky rice 🍚 🥥 🥭 dessert, its⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏼👍🏼... other gems are their Stuffed Chicken Wings, Summer Rolls, Chicken Satay
Orchid Thai is one of the best Thai places we have ever been! We really enjoyed the papaya salad, mango curry, pad see yew, and fresh rolls. All of our dishes were made vegan too! Also our server was so sweet and personable. We are so happy we found this place during our vacation 😊
The food is great, I've been happy with every curry option that I've tried so far. The service and kitchen are frustratingly slow and I'd definitely recommend ordering takeout unless you're ready to sit around a while.
