I ordered the short stack and boy was it good! I wasn’t able to eat both because they are so big (no complaints here)! I’d definitely recommend you try other items on the menu. Oh, the guys who work there are some of the friendliest people on the island.. Lastly, there is always a line (because the
My boyfriend and I had breakfast here on two of the days during our visit. A local Filipino/Hawaiian joint. For our first breakfast there, we ordered short stack pancakes with the mac-nila syrup on the side and their deluxe fried rice. Absolutely ONO!!!! Second day we ordered 808 combo (highly recom
I've been looking for a loco moco place and this was #1 on my list in Kona. Found the plaza easily, but almost missed the restaurant itself. The place isn't looking great, and with hand written menus, I was skeptical about the food. When we got our food, the presentation wasn't great either so I wa
An absolute gem. So glad that I discovered this place a number of years ago. I’ve made it a point to come back any time I visit the island. The staff is so friendly. The food is out of this world delicious and the prices are so reasonable. If you come on a weekend, you’ll probably have to wait, but
Great takeout cash only option. Loved the Pork Adobo fries rice and Shirt rib loco moco. We arrived right before 1pm closing, so they were sold out of a few items. Friendly cashier and affordable options.
Makawowie burrito (not really a burrito, but was disclosed at ordering) was a “bomb of flavors”, especially the sauce. The pork hash was amazing, best English muffins I’ve ever had!

This was my FAVORITE meal while on the big island. I had the Bene Trio - $15 for three different eggs Benedict. The eggs were poached PERFECTLY. My favorite was the pork. This, like many businesses in Hawaii, is CASH ONLY. it is not a fancy place, but it is local, and has local authentic breakf
THE BEST BREAKFAST ON THE ISLAND. We have been coming to the island every year for the past 5 years and nothing can compare. The fried rice is INCREDIBLE, the pricing is incredible, and the portion sizes are incredible. For everything we got it was only $29 dollars. My husbands meal could’ve fed him
Chill spot within a shopping center. You can order to pick-up and eat elsewhere or if there is room they have set outside a few chairs and tables to sit and eat. Customer service is excellent! The gentleman that took our order was very friendly and gave good recommendations. Our food was delicious!!
