It's ok, it's what you expect & pay for: minimal service, so-so fish, too much rice in sushi, limited menu, noisy atmosphere, and huge wait times (or we try and time the online waiting list)...
We return about every 6 months, knowing what we're getting, because it works for that dine-out (plus my wife gets the craving). Never awful, never great. Then we're good not to go back for about another 6 months.... works for us.

Food taste amazing as usual, the wait can be long but worth it, a fun sushi experience because of the sushi train machine, very nice.
They have specials from time to time, it's great.

A cute and affordable sushi place. You order off a tablet device up to 4 items at a time. They color code their plates so you know how much the costs are. My go-to items would be their tuna sushi and garlic salmon! Note that you MUST book a reservation online first through their QR code before you get seated. About a 10 minute wait time or more if it's super busy. Located at a nice mall outlet, but the other shopping places close at 5pm.

Overall a great experience as always. Trains delivering colored plates of tasty sushi like morsels that you requested on your personal tablet from the comfort of your table just minutes ago... what's not to like!

Love Genki, everyone is very attentive and greets you upon entering the establishment. You order on a screen and your food is shuttled to you on this train system while at your table, fun for the kids and a very creative idea. If you have any special requests they are very accommodating.
