Amigo's

Amigos is one of our regular choices when we don't want to cook. I typically order the daily special, which never disappoints. Shrimp crunchy tacos, birrias tacos, nachos, taco salad, fajitas, burritos, and chimichangas are a few of our regular menu items. I promise you will not be disappointed here. Kids menu is great.

8/2023 Was blown away at this great find! Located conveniently in the heart of town and 5 minutes from the airport, we were looking to change it up. You'll like the decor upon entering. Simple, festive, quaint, and making it work. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Good mix of locals. By far, the attraction is the food. Diverse menu and very hearty servings! We ordered a bunch of appetizers, so we got to taste a lot. When the entrees came, we were all pleasantly blown away at the portions. It's an excellent bang for your buck! Oh, and the lilikoi margaritas 🍹 are the bomb, too. Up the experience with your favorite tequila. In all, a surprisingly very good Mexican restaurant and a big boy food option! 😋 😉🤙✌️

Arrived Friday around happy hour. Portion sizes are satisfying. Friday fajita special is a pretty good deal. Mahi-mahi was seasoned great and tasted fresh. House margarita was pretty solid. Overall great experience for a casual Friday night dinner to meet friends. Service was the real highlight however. It was honestly the best restaurant service I’ve received in a long while. From them opening the door for you on the way in to our server Jennifer going above and beyond. She even held my baby for a few minutes so I could actually eat my fajita, that’s priceless. True 5 star service. Everyone was so friendly and all around positive vibes. Definitely a no brainer when craving Mexican in Kahului.

Amigo's is good food at a fair price. It's not sensational, but it does fill you up, and the service is pleasant, and atmosphere is casual and relaxing. Let's start with Chips & Salsa. Again, it's OK, but I like warm chips, and a spicier salsa. Our table ordered fajitas, enchiladas, tacos and chimichaunga. A good mixture of foods, with rice & beans. Drinks were good too!
