Kahului Ale House

Plenty of TV, a tasty pizza and reasonably priced (for Maui) mai tais made our Ale House visit memorable. This place has bar vibes but good family appeal as well. Our pizza was tasty. I'm a little surprised the crust was hand thrown, but it was good. Our mai tais were decent sized and flavorful for the price. We picked the Ale House rather randomly but we are glad we tried it.

8/2023 A convenient location and popular option with a very diverse menu. Everything on the menu sounded interesting. Nice, big sports bar atmosphere with a like menu. Staff is nice, atmosphere cool, patrons very local, and sports options to watch plentiful. They must be a go-to for NFL games, I'm guessing. The food was pretty good with pretty good value. Again, it is popular and convenient, and you get all kinds of options groove on. Great for large groups, too. 😉🤙✌️

We arrived to this place because nothing else was opened and thank goodness. This place was solid. Good atmosphere, great food, and great service. We had the wings, the amazing spinach artichoke dip, the award winning soup (which tbh is not that award winning), and good coconut shrimps. The sodas we got were flat. But to be fair we arrived at the hour of closing. Overall, a great experience and would go back to try other things on their menu.

Was expecting a stereotypical sports bar, and those expectations were exceeded! I had a great Reuben sandwich, and Thai chicken wraps as an appetizer. I was very impressed by the flavor, and I enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to grab a meal, have a few beers, and watch a sports game.

I have been coming to this particular establishment for over 10 years. Wow..... thank you to my server... I can only say I remember her from back then. I know for sure she is the longest working employee on in the establishment. Her conversations and genuine feelings towards us made feel even more comfortable. Didn't get to try sushi... next time but appetizers and drinks were in a fast manner. Very 5star of them. Tvs fully sports oriented... a major plus...and the mains we chose were amazing 👏🙌... 4 stars 10/15 Everything we had tonight was great. Ploy, server was good and patient. Teri chicken with salad with balsamic vinaigrette, awesome and the ribs. Better than Kimo's! Brownie Ala Mode to end dinner hit the spot. Potato skins. Never need drive to kihei for outback... 3 stars-So sad this last time we went. Food was good, except for my saimin. Sent first bowl back. Second bowl was even worse. Wanted to eat it, so bad. Soup tasted great. Lots of stuff in it. Just to bad they didn't cook the noodles. Fresh noodles or not, noodles need to be cooked for at least 3 minutes in a separate pot of hot water. Advice for the cook, go to Ramen Ya and sit by the kitchen and watch and learn and take notes on how to cook noodles. Or you can maybe read a cook book or better yet Google or YouTube it...
