Papa Johns Pizza

I was not satisfied because my pizza was under cooked. It did not taste like a papa John's pizza at all. My grandchildren took a bite of their pizza and put it down. While getting 2 pizzas for $20 is good, it's irrelevant if a person can't eat it. I gave 4 stars because this Papa John's pizza location usually serves great tasting pizza.

My husband found not just one but multiple strands of hair in his pizza. When he called the store and asked to speak to the manager, a female employee on the other end asked who was calling and put him on hold. A minute later came back and asked why he needed to speak to the manager and put him on hold again. Then came back and said we can send you more pizza. Never an apology or an offer for a refund. My husband insisted on a refund. The employee said we would receive a refund in 3-4 days. We will see how that goes. If i could I would give this store a zero for poor customer service and lack of proper food preparation. We will not be eating at this store location again.

Pizza was cold and disgusting. My roommate and I ordered two pizzas and I drove to pick up the pizzas. The location was dirty and the pizzas were stale. I didn’t look at the reviews before going because every other papa johns I went to has been amazing, but after that horrible experience (we ended up throwing the pizzas away and that broke my heart because I hate wasting money and I love pizza) I decided to look at the reviews. I should’ve done that to begin with. Never ate there again and never will eat there again.
