Carson Peak Inn

I celebrated my graduation earlier this evening in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a fine evening and the place was definitely one of the reasons for this happy evening. The crew contributed in a very nice style, the cuisine was great and my guests were very pleased. We shall definitely return for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

This place is a hidden gem! The ambiance is cozy as befitting its location, and the food is great. The wine selection is solid, as well. Carson Peak Inn does have some quirks that add to its charm. For example, there's a basket of croutons just sitting on the table that just invites you to start noshing. However, the bowl of chopped scallions right next to it is slightly odd. But in the end, you go to restaurants for food, and this place does not disappoint! The food here is simply delicious. The menu allows some flexibility in sampling different entrees, and for your first few times, I'd recommend that route. If your experience is like mine, you won't be disappointed.

I celebrated my PhD this evening in this fine place. Well we passed a fantastic evening and the restaurant was no doubt the reason for this successful meeting. The waiters contributed in a very nice way, the food was great and my buddies were extremely cheerful. We shall absolutely visit again for more events. Thank you very much.

It is what it is, an old-fashion steak house. Your steak is going to be very good and cooked to order. You can still get chicken livers or fresh fish, and the atmosphere is identical to when my parents went there in the late 1950’s. Only problem is, it was new then, now 60 years dated. Still a must when considering June Lake dining options.
