Arby's - Jonesborough - Photo album

I came in at the peak of lunch, crazy busy! But the staff worked hard to get a great meal to me real fast. I haven’t a French Dip in ages, but it seems I’ve been missing out! Thanks Jonesborough Arby’s team for a great lunch.👍🏻

I've eaten at lot of arbys in my life and this one has to be the worst. Better check your order before you leave because 3 out of 4 times you'll be missing something.. and what's the deal with the packaging? It comes in plastic "thank you" bags like a Chinese restaurant.

Food was cold and the curly fries wasn't even curly they were leftover pieces from the bottom of the bag. When spending that much money on fast food it should at least be hot , won't be going back to this Arby's location again.

Truthfully I could have said a 1 considering all we went through, but I could tell the manager was having a hard time with the new system that wasn't working correctly. He offered to give us our food for free but I couldn't do that we got so many apologies and I greatly appreciate that but our food

Took my 95 yr. old mother-in-law...we both fully enjoyed lunch. Service was welcoming as always.

Dinning room was closed. Shirt staffed with 3 guys in the drive thru window????

First time going at this one. Food was quick, hot and good. We had coupons and still cost us 27 dollars for 2 people.

Awesome place. Very nice staff. I love the curly fries.
