YUM!. I LOVE Pals. Every time I go to Johnson City, I stop at every Pals I find. Between the cheap prices, amazing tea, delicious burgers, and irresistible fries I simply cannot stay away. Pal's Jonesborough is no different. My food is fresh, I get it fast, they ALWAYS repeat my order, and the staff is friendly. Wonderful restaraunt.
I worked there for three years, and it is honestly the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. The employees work very hard and keep the place as clean as humanly possible at all times. I enjoy stopping by and getting food and knowing that it is clean, the food is great, and the employees are so professional and friendly!

Let me take a minute to talk about Pal’s. If you’re from around here and you haven’t heard about ’em… you live under a rock. If you’re new to the area, it’s okay to believe the hype. Pal’s is great! And it’s cheap, like uncomfortably cheap. Like it makes everyone else look like they’re ripping you off! But really, the menu is very simple. Burgers, shakes, fries and dogs. Great breakfast too. The policy here is keep it simple. They’re also very friendly. Like I couldn’t find my bank card and the boss was like, “hey don’t worry about it buddy!” 🥰 Wow! If you’re around the Tri Cities and yer looking for a good bite on a budget, THIS is the place. 🍔🌭🍟🥤
I really can't complain. The value at Pal's is great. You can get a whole meal for like $5, and it's super fast. I love the seasoning on the fries, and their milkshakes are nice and thick, not watered down with too much milk.

Pals is just so frickin amaizing!
I got to admit that to be a fast food drive through with traffic usually lined up bumper to bumper down any highway that they are located on, they have NEVER GOT ANY OF MY ORDERS WRONG! From my peach tea extra peach light ice to my carefully picky eating habits, every order is always just as I order it. "Unlike McDonald's or burger King or taco bell, ect."
Pals is where you can REALLY "have it your way"

Excellent burger & fries option for a "quick bite"! Never have to question if it's real beef. Grab a Peachie or Razzie tea while you're at it - won't regret it!
I absolutely appreciate the service here they are always Barry polite I called to check my ZIP code for playing with a bit depending on who you see in the window call it can't be quite funny and uplifting sometimes they are very clean and yet humans make mistakes but I have to say my order from here is right99.9% of the time
