1st time here definitely will not be returning. I ordered a combo and upsize to large… I was told they didn’t have large coffee cups but my receipt clearly shows I was still charged. My wedges were cold… It’s 8:52am nothing should be cold or old. However the young lady had great customer service and tried her best.

Horrible service and food. I went on a Friday 3/11/22 night around 10pm and line was long which was fine as long as FOOD was fresh. Well it wasn't. I played order and asked for fresh food. Got fresh bun and cheese but dry Luke warm burger rubbery and floppy. 6 PC Nuggets were rubbery and room temp. Fries may have been freshest but still old taste like they cooked it within 8-10 mins. I came back in line immediately for refund. I was told by assistant Mgr Rachel (if that is her real name) they arent obligated to prepare my food to order and that store is not authorized to do refunds. I was redirected to see Donna in morning. The next day I called no Donna BUT same girl Rachel intercepted and directed me to speak with district Mgr Martha 770-65x-x563 no one answered. I spent almost $15 and didn't eat. I went to Checkers that same night and was able to get a burger fresh Cooked to order. I will be emailing the owner of this Wendy's because this was the worst experience EVER at a fast food restaurant. I was so upset that I held on to the food all weekend to somehow show to a manager which I never could locate. I will never spend another dime here.

Very busy. Food was hot and fresh but the edges of my hamburger were burned, cooked too long and was completely dried out. Not usually how Wendy's burgers are but I'll give them a pass. Very limited staff working and swamped by customers.

I would give 5 stars but I had to sit in the drive thru line took a while and then I got sliced apples for my 1 year old and I thought they would be like McDonald's and have them in the pre-packaged bags and no they are not and they had a strange taste to them

Last visit would've been ok if some jerk cut line in drive thru. They just let him pick his order instead of getting to back of line.

Something told me not to come to this Wendy’s and I should’ve listened to my instinct. I came in the morning for a quick breakfast and waited in line too long for there to be only me in the drive thru and an empty dining room. If they weren’t ready to take orders they should’ve stated that. I saw the staff still setting up equipment smh.

AVOID!!! I didn’t get my debit card back from the drive through. I noticed I didn’t get it back but then quickly drove back to get it. A couple of days later I get a charge from Walmart.com for some patio furniture. They copied my card. These people are fraudulent, they will steal your information!
