I used to work at the KFC on Caraway rd years ago. And I know their stuff inside and out, and to hear of these bad reviews of our sister location in Jonesboro fills me with shame.
Although i am no longer interested in a life in fast food, I do know that you have to be the best the first time and after that, nothing bad will be said.
I lay all of the bad reviews to management.

Multiple people have had complaints, including us, of getting charged for an order more than once. This location's phone line is down and credit card machine is broken. If you have eaten here recently, check your statements to determine if you were double charged. If you were double charged, you need to contact the corporate office to begin the dispute process. They are only able to reimburse people as they call in. Reimbursements take 7-10 days.

I Saw the Employee’s inside so I googled to see what time they closed. Online said 11:00pm same info . That was on the business door. I drove Around to order no one said my I take your order, so I called at 10:25pm no one answered the phone. I believe that was just rude.

BEWARE OF PARKER KFC!!! Ordered $20 8 piece fill up and went inside and picked it up. Got home and found 1 leg missing. Called and was told they substituted a wing for a leg. NO apology for 1. Not ASKING us before changing our order and 2. Not telling us about the change when we was standing face to face. We called and was told matter of factly that they changed it and that we could go back to get a leg if we wanted. Same drive through and carry out mistakes as others have complained about for over a year.

This establishment is so deplorable in customer service and the quality of their product. Just tried to call and place an order for pick up and was told they don't have time to take an order and would have to come wait in line like everyone else and hung up on. Every time we go, we had to go back through the line because they have forgotten part of our meal, a drink, or silverware. It was a waste of money to remodel a place just to keep the same horrible staff.
