Went to Burger King on caraway tonight and their broiler was down. I was a little bummed because we had already paid and I didn’t want to wait. However one of the workers named Jason kept us updated on our food. He came out to our car and talked to us. He gave us a couple of coupons and even upgraded our meal since the issue was with BK not us. He was super polite, professional, and apologetic. With everything that’s going on with this world it’s easy to complain and be negative when things don’t go right. However, thanks to Jason and his willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate us and also show that he cared I had to leave a review. Thank you Jason! I hope you get the recognition you deserve! Food was hot, fresh, and delicious!

I sat in the second drive through line for almost 10 minutes. Finally had to back up and pull behind two more cars in the first line and when i asked if its working, the woman rudely said it should be. Never apologized. Then after another almost 10 minute wait for fries and a large sweet tea, they didnt give me my receipt. Ridiculous

I have no idea why this place is so slow! There can be no cars in line and you still have to sit and wait like 10 minutes to get your order! Terribly mismanaged or else they have a staff who just won't listen and in that case they all need to be fired rehired and trained better!!
