O'charley's

It was... OK. The steak and the French dip sandwich were fine, however two of their signature items weren't so that great. The chicken tenders were overcooked and tough. The potato soup was more like a mound in the bowl than soup, very thick, I could turn my spoon over and it would stick to it. Rolls were excellent.

We visited on Feb 7 on our way to Memphis airport. We walked in approx 12:06pm. It started out ok, we were seated, orders taken, brought hot fresh rolls and butter. We asked our server (SamP)for silverware so we could spread the butter. He never came. We stopped a busboy to ask someone for silverware, he never came back and ignored us the rest of the visit. We stopped another server, they said it was their job to get some to their own table and ignored us the rest of our visit! WE FINALLY RECEIVED a knife approx 20 min later watching everyone else seated get some. No manager or anyone ever apologized or made a reference to waiting so long! we caught our server and said we had a plane to catch. our food was served 55 min from our order time. THEY WERE NOT BUSY. The food was good, the rolls were cold, never offered a new basket. They lost our return business.

Not a fan of the kitchen in this particular O'Charleys. Certain dishes are not made the same as at other locations such as dishes with chicken. They always taste different here. Also appetizers are not plates the same as suggested by photo. Of course once I asked the server she fixed it right away but I still feel as if food quality is not up to typical chain standards. On another note, restaurant is clean and service is good.

We used to come here every other weekend for years. About 6-9 months ago this place started to go downhill, messing up our orders or forgetting something. We stopped going for about 2 months and decided tonight we would try again and tonight was by far the worst ever. My husband’s fries were hardly warm and soaked in grease, not crispy. He didn’t get any honey mustard as requested. And just all-around the food is disgusting now. Unfortunately we will not be coming back especially with the amount of money you spend. I wish this wasn’t the case. I used to love this place.
