When you want taco bell, you have to have it. With so many locations that close early in just happy to get my fix. The wait was long but employees were kind, order filled correctly and food was still hot when I got home (15 mins later). I thanked them for being open and always get great service at this location

Upon having to place my order myself with at least 6 workers they insist I use kiosk
Not one item was right. That’s 8 items all wrong. Check the box remove. Means don’t put that ingredients on the item. I modified each item myself remember so it’s a matter of not being able to read or understand the meaning of “ingredients REMOVED” or just lazy.

Never open during normal hours. I have gone there twice now and despite being able to see employees inside the kitchen, they say they’re closed. My guess is they have a shift lead or junior manager that thinks he’s doing everyone a favor by letting employees ride out the last two hours of their shift playing grabass in the kitchen instead of serving food. When you actually can get food here, it is always either wrong, cold and gross, or has something it that shouldn’t be like a hair or piece for paper towel. If this is corporate owned location, I hope they see the bad reviews and shut it down until they get real management in place.

I had a free pending meal from a previous mess up and I had been reached out to by the manager, James t come back for a complimentary meal. So 2 nights ago my fiance and I decided to give it another shot and put in our order. Upon arriving home with our food i was met yet AGAIN with such huge disappointment. Almost every item i had ordered had something wrong with it, or not even edible. MY two bean burritos one of which was missing, leaving me with the one had maybe one tiny spoonful of beans and the rest was sour cream and red sauce. My nachos supreme once again, upon asking for extra cheese on contained absolutely NO CHEESE. Literally the same problem i had experienced and complained about last time, and all that was on them was one dry scoop of beans in the middle with some meat crumbled on top and barely any sour cream. Then of the 3 tacos i had ordered one was again, entirely missing. I am beyond frustrated with this horrible service i have received yet again from this location and most likely will not be returning. I've been gong to this location for years and i have never seen it this bad.

Hours posted online are different; ordered using the app and paid via Apple Pay. Only to arrive and see that the place has new hours of operation which are hand written and posted on the menu board on a piece of paper taped to one of the screens. Which is hard to see — I guess work of a genius management. Payment paid and accepted an hour after its “new” closing time; I will of course get my money back but seriously???

We had to wait. Over 30 min in line. Then when we got to the window, we got the wrong order. At the same time , some lady came back to the drive thru infront of us complaining the food was cold. Then when we got home, our food was not only cold but the hard shells of our tacos were all cracked

Need more employees, waited in drive-through for about 45 minutes. The 5 crave boxes all got thrown in 2 large bags with no marking for special requested items. Nacho chips and cinnamon twists were left out of the order.

Slow… slow… SLOW!! I sat in the drive thru for 15 min and watch three cars get out of line and drive away because it was just not moving at all. I have been to this location in the past and they are always slow but staff has always been pleasant and my order correct. Until today… stupid slow as i said before, to the point people were just driving off. I finally get my food and get home and it’s the wrong order! Like VERY wrong. I got someone else’s apparently. I tried to call to let them know so it could get corrected but no one answered the phone or it’s the wrong number on google. At this point I’m just throwing food away because the hell if I’m going to drive back and sit inline for another 20 minutes waiting on a corrected order. The lobby is closed so you can’t even go in to talk to someone quickly. You have to wait in line forever just to talk to someone! This is truly ridiculous!
Update… decided to give them another chance today. The line was moving quickly today and food was great. I would have been through the drive through in under 4min but the lady in front of me decided to order for an entire little league team instead of ordering ahead so I still sat for over 14min.
