James' cheesecake is so delicious. It is not overly rich and heavy. Perfect cheesecake. He only had plain left when I went after a rush and he specially customized it to add caramel and pecans! James is extremely personable and makes you feel like a close friend! There was no turtle cheesecake when we went but he went the extra mile and transformed a plain cheesecake to turtle for us, right then and there. The cheesecake is delicious and comforting. Highly recommend!
