We stopped to see what this new food core with vendors at the Galleria mall had to offer. Most of them were closed prepping their foods but this lady at "Eat and Sleep" was so gracious and kind. She offerred me to taste all the different foods she has prepared for free!!! It was so delicious. She told me she was from Puerto Rico. Latin people are so kind and generous! Her food was delicious! I highly reccomend it!
