Red's Kettle Inn

Memorable cheese pizza that stays hot forever, as I recall from memories of never having the patience to wait long enough after it was served, and nearly always burning the roof of my mouth, but it was always worth it. I’m going on 72, live in New Orleans, where food and music reign, have had great pizza in Italy and elsewhere, yet I still remember, and miss, the pizza my folks and I enjoyed here when I was a wee lad. Would dearly love to get my hands on the recipe! Hope to return for a visit one of these days... Those old, immigrant-owned and run Italian restaurants were the best, by far.

This place has alot of history and great food in the Binghamton area! The pizza is awesome the seating is all booths original from the 1940s. They have tables for large parties and are located right off the highway. I recommend parties families friends etc. The fried clams mozzarella sticks and steak are out of this world. Its no surprise they have been serving the area for over 80 years!

Great round pies and big tasty burgers. They also have full steak dinners that are big cuts. Chicken and seafood options too. Have eaten here when I'm in the area for over 25 years and never had a bad meal. Classic feel to the place in a stepping back in time kind of way. New tables and chairs may be needed, but would steal from the old-timey charm. Everyone is made to feel like they're home / a regular. Not a huge tap selection, but they're fresh and have all the basics. Always friendly staff.
