Their shift lead could offer better some customer service. It was not busy in the drive through nor was it busy inside but she did not listen to a word I said. Didn’t greet me. My coffee was made incorrectly but she was so invested in scanning my DD perks before giving me my coffee (like there was no money in the account) that she didn’t give me my food so I had to go inside. She then threw my receipt away and couldn’t pull it back up in the system. Nice.

They need to hurry up when people are in drive thru. They take way too long doing the simplest orders. Also it just seems like the staff here just doesn't care. They seem to have a ton of employee turnover too. I never get the same person helping me twice. I really wish I could report better service but they just can't get it together here. You will wait a while so prepare to be patient.

Limited selection of mostly stale donuts and surly customer service. It's obvious the focus of this location is squeezing every dime out of existing inventory instead of freshness and quality. Customer service also reflects this customer-last mindset.

Boston cream donuts had no cream in them and tasted like they had been on the shelf for a long time. Employee forgot to pour the coffee before walking away from the counter and disappearing. This location is not a good example for the DD brand.

I'll start by saying I love Dunkin and Dunkin products. I have chosen them over Starbucks time and time again. However, this location has disappointed me every time I have gone. Either my order is wrong, something is missing, or the coffee is grainy and tastes more like water than coffee. I don't blame the employees. I think they do their best with what they get. I really think this is a management issue if the product itself is this bad. I will not be coming back here again. F

I am a LOYAL DD goer and this location is by far the worst! They rarely make my coffee right and I dont even order something complication. I will drive out of my way to go to a different location because of how frustrating this one is. The drive through is so slow and it feels like a waste of time.

I stopped here after my doctor's appointment that I had fasted for and was starving so, I ordered their hashbrowns and a vanilla creme donut. The hashbrowns had a very weird taste as if their fryer hadn't been cleaned in a long while. And, the "Vanilla creme" donut was less than desirable. The donut portion was ridiculously stale and the supposed vanilla creme well that was almost non existent. Not, worth my time, money or effort.
