Longhorn Steakhouse

My mother and I had a late lunch here and it did not disappoint. It was pretty busy on the Saturday we went but we were seated right away and the server approached us quickly enough. The food did not take long either. The only issue was the put a whole lot of brown sugar in my sweet potato, I had to "dust it off" lol. I'd recommend visiting here.

We stopped here for a late lunch after our daughter got out of school. The server we had did a good job of checking on us and keeping our drinks full. My wife wanted to taste the broth from the French onion soup to make sure it wasn’t too salty and our server brought her a small cup to sample. The French onion soup was very good and so was the steak salad. The mashed potatoes and rice were also good. The bread was hot and fresh from the oven. We plan on going back.

Trying to find a really great steakhouse not too far from my house in Suwanee.I picked the one best reviewed by most people. I chose the Longhorn Steakhouse off Medlock Bridge Road. It was so worth the drive after being at a few expensive steakhouses and not necessarily getting great service or steak 🥩 Barely in the door and past the cowboy chaps displayed in the entranceway - I noticed the ambience of this particular place/Really comfortable. The well appointed restaurant has great artwork and Western charm. I sat in the Large bar not in the big restaurant but is a comfortable 20 person beautiful bar with 20 extra seats in booths for 4. The first two people I asked why they came here and I quote “service in times like these it’s tough but at The longhorn it is very consistently good. “. Shannon my particular favorite bartender has clearly made me a regular at this very busy and popular spot. The chef promised me the best fillet which was fabulous and with a superb loaded baked potato. Do not hesitate to put the grilled mushrooms on top of your meat. Hate to admit it but I had a great dessert/even on a diet you can’t turn it down. Best experience I’ve had at a restaurant since moving from Florida to Georgia. Dim lights, atmosphere, beautiful restaurant inside and out, and terrific food and great service. My update today is that I tried the fresh lobster tail a Caesar salad and a loaded baked potato – – you don’t have to order steak to get the lobster it is delicious. So I’ll keep you updated on this terrific place since I’m here a lot. Checking out now Maggie

We often have dinner at the Longhorn Steakhouse in Johns Creek. We always have a fabulous meal, excellent service and really enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant. When we went there this week, my husband left his credit card there by accident. I called a couple of days later when we discovered the missing card and immediately was able to speak with the General Manager. He was absolutely terrific! He wanted to see my husband's ID (as he should have) to make sure that the card really belonged to him and even came out the our car to talk with my husband. Great guy!! Longhorn's is lucky to have him!

First, let me say, "Thank You" to Shannon S. My wife and I sat in a bar booth at this Longhorn for lunch. Shannon greeted us with a smile! My wife explained that I have some dietary special needs. Shannon took the time to log and ensure my meal was prepared correctly. I appreciate her extra work it took for ensuring our meals were right. Longhorn's food is Is usually very consistent From store to store. The real difference is the server. Shannon made this a 100% Success for our dining experience. Again, Thank You !

Waiter was great. Wild West Shrimp was fresh. My Lamb chops were not cooked how I wanted them to be cooked but the waiter did get the order corrected. I also heard the manager ask if the people at the table next to mine want a free soup for their wait but didn't ask the same for my table Probably would visit again but wouldn't be my 1st choice.

Dishonest Online Ordering System Began placing an order and the estimated wait/pickup time was 25 minutes. Finished placing the order online 2-3 minutes later and the pickup times was over 1.5 HOURS. Called the restaurant to verify this was correct. It was. Staff was courteous and offered to 'help', but refused to provide any meaningful timeline - IE your oder will be ready by 7pm instead of 8p.m. Staff said they would try to 'expedite' the order, but couldn't make any promises. NOT helpful when you have a hungry family! I understand systems are not perfect, but the customer service at this restaurant needs attention. When customers are frustrated they want tangible answers, not answers that amount to "we'll get to it when we can". BEWARE ORDERING ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! We canceled our order and called another local restaurant who was happy to have the business.
