Wow! A total gem in Jim Thorpe. The interior is steam punk themed, which my aunt loved. On a trip for her 60th birthday. Our bartender Danielle was awesome. She knew the menu, recommended top picks, was attentive and made us great drinks. The food came out fast and was fantastic. The Korean BBQ bar was stuffed with pork and was well-flavored.The smashburger, oh my God, the smashburger.... incredible. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Pimento cheese, caramelized cheese, spicy pickles, and bacon jam. Housemade chips. Another seller for me was that all their beers and liquors are local. We had the Bluberry Smash cocktail, an espresso martini, the Campfire Old Fashioned, and the Bottom B. I love this place. The decor is awesome too. The upstairs area has a game room with large leather sofas and lots of games. We'll be back. Thanks for the awesome experience.

This place had nooo business being this amazing! We were expecting regular bar food when we happened upon this place but it was anything but! We ordered the chicken and waffle sandwich, blta tacos, pizza plate, and blueberry lemon meringue pie sour and it was THE BEST food I’ve ever tasted. The atmosphere is so cozy and inviting as well.

We stopped in here for lunch on our recent trip to Jim Thorpe. This place was very nice and charming. The food and drinks were great too. We ordered the truffle fries, Korean boa buns, and the BLTA tacos. Everything tasted great. The only downside that I saw while eating here was that they are too pet friendly for us. I don't know what their actual policy is, but I understand if there are seats outside and you have your dog with you. But while we were eating, another couple came in with their great dane and sat near us at the bar. The dog was behaved and didn't bark or anything. But it was right in the walkway, having to step aground it to use the restroom. But it kept staring at us almost the whole time, making us uncomfortable, and we didn't stay for another drink.

Notch Eight is such a cute location. Chill vibes, great service, and great food! They have some really good cocktails. I got "The Dude" tasted like an iced coffee, but of course, with alcohol. YUM!

Gluten free people : nothing is advertised as being GF, but if you ask the staff you might get lucky! This margarita pizza was made with a cauliflower crust and everything about it was delicious. They use faber liquors for their espresso martini so I got one and it is ranked high on my favorite list. Would recommend stopping in if you’re lucky enough when they aren’t packed out!

What a great place in the heart of Jim Thorpe. Great local beer selection if you're a craft beer fan! The food was amazing! We had the Philly Pork sandwich and the chicken tacos, were amazing. The bartender was terrific will definitely be coming back to try more of their food!

Overall great food, great atmosphere, and great service. They had these super bastardized papas bravas made with fingerling potatoes and some kind of mayo mixed with barbecue sauce. Whatever they were they were delicious. The potatoes were perfectly cooked. The bartender made of great mocktails and only charged half price because they didn't contain any alcohol. We had this yummy deconstructed pizza plate with these hot honey marinated garlic cloves. It was yummy but they crammed the ricotta and sauce in the tiniest jar, and it was a small portion and very difficult to eat. The crostini was some of the best I've had. Now for the bad news. The French onion upon soup was terrible. It was 100% boxed beef broth with some store bought udom noodles in it. The burnt rosemary twig on top made the whole thing smell like a cigarette butt. I had a lot of bad soup in Jim Thorpe that weekend. Why put it on the menu? It was a last minute choice because they were out of cauliflower for the tacos (one of the only vegetarian things on the menu). So I got that and it was the worst soup I've had. It made no sense. It was like something someone threw together broke and stoned in their dormroom
