Wow! A total gem in Jim Thorpe. The interior is steam punk themed, which my aunt loved. On a trip for her 60th birthday. Our bartender Danielle was awesome. She knew the menu, recommended top picks, was attentive and made us great drinks. The food came out fast and was fantastic. The Korean BBQ bar

Notch Eight is such a cute location. Chill vibes, great service, and great food!
They have some really good cocktails. I got "The Dude" tasted like an iced coffee, but of course, with alcohol. YUM!
Gluten free people : nothing is advertised as being GF, but if you ask the staff you might get lucky! This margarita pizza was made with a cauliflower crust and everything about it was delicious. They use faber liquors for their espresso martini so I got one and it is ranked high on my favorite list
What a great place in the heart of Jim Thorpe. Great local beer selection if you're a craft beer fan! The food was amazing! We had the Philly Pork sandwich and the chicken tacos, were amazing. The bartender was terrific will definitely be coming back to try more of their food!
Overall great food, great atmosphere, and great service. They had these super bastardized papas bravas made with fingerling potatoes and some kind of mayo mixed with barbecue sauce. Whatever they were they were delicious. The potatoes were perfectly cooked. The bartender made of great mocktails

The food is amazing! Just visited for the first time and the service was prompt and friendly! Bar had cool steam punk aesthetic. The drinks were awesome! But the food was out of this world! Delicious!! Can’t wait to come back and try everything on the menu!!
