I love eating here whenever I come to Jim thorpe! Service is quick and friendly. Food is phenomenal. They are very accommodating to my dog, including making him a yummy hot dog for dinner! The French onion dumplings AND soup are both phenomenal. Love the local brews too!!

We ate lunch here yesterday as a party of 5. We were first in line when they opened and seated right away outside. The outdoor patio is lovely and mostly shaded. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and our waiter was very helpful and polite. The chipotle ketchup with the French fries is so good! I was also very impressed with the wine list- lots of variety from different countries which you don’t always see in this area. Absolutely recommend Marion Hose and we would eat there again next time we’re in Jim Thorpe.

Great experience! We got spinach dip and spicy chicken nachos. SO good! All our meals were just as good. We really couldn't believe it. The atmosphere, music, lighting, everything is fantastic. Karina was our waitress and she was so attentive and fun to talk to!

This little beauty of a restaurant used to be an old firehouse. We stopped here for dinner and drinks. Small-ish menu but the choices all sounded so delicious! I only got pictures of our appetizers because we dove right in when our dinners came. The French onion soup and dumplings were AMAZING! The service was wonderful and the outdoor seating was perfect! A great stop!

Easily my favorite hang out spot while visiting Jim Thorpe. The Dark and Stormy is now my favorite drink and the Chili was delicious. I also had Wings with a variety of delicious sauces.The bartender was so knowledgeable and was happy to share. Awesome and memorable times here. Will return very soon.

We have been here twice (Nov. '21 and July '23). Both times have been great! They do get busy with passengers from the trains, so definitely recommend getting to the restaurant as soon as your train deboards, or go on an off time. Every food & drink item we've had has been nothing but delicious. Atmosphere inside is cozy and not too loud; outside patio seating is comfortable.

This place was amazing. The service was top-notch. The prices were very decent for a tourist area. Most importantly, all the food was the bomb. We were surrounded by happy customers. It's cute and decorated as well. I definitely would recommend this place!!!

excellent food. waited 15 minutes to get in. waited 10 minutes for drinks. food came out quick. everything hot and delicious. decent beer menu. nice clean dining area and bathroom.

A Woogie's Love
If you visit Jim Thorpe, you have to eat here!!! While visiting a snow storm came through. This place was an easy walk from our rental unit. The mac& cheese is unique and the portion is large. The Thai chili wings were perfect. The onion soup dumplings were so delicious we wished we would have gotten 2 orders! As delicious as everything else was, the porchetta sandwich stole the show. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. And, friendly is an understatement. Thank you!!

Started off with a little slow service, but ended up with friendly smiles and good service.
Food was very good!
Atmosphere was good too. Would have been better to have more of a firehouse theme. The fire truck picture was located in the restroom. Either way we still enjoyed our time.
We'll recommend this to everyone and definitely worth coming back for more!

Stopped in for lunch today. Beautiful early Fall day to sit outside on their patio. Had the sangria special which was a bubbly grapefruit with lime. So refreshing! The French onion soup dumplings are a must order! Delicious! The chicken marsala sub was so tasty! Chili was good too, but a bit on the sweet side for my liking. Wonderful, friendly staff. Food took awhile to come out, but I had no issues with the wait considering the quality of the dishes and a picture perfectly weather day!

Loved this place. I had the Mac chunker which was huge! We also had the wings and a chocolate sundae that was also big but everything was delicious. The service and ambiance were amazing. It was very cold out but we sat in one of the fire pit tables and felt very cozy and comfortable.

This was one of the better dining experiences I've had in quite a while. The food was phenomenal, the bartender was totally on point, really cool atmosphere.... All reasonably priced, too. It's really small inside (maybe 6 tables plus the bar), so be prepared to wait a bit if it's busy. Lot more seating outside - weather dependant of course. We were lucky to get in rather quickly (we like early dinners), but a wait would have been worth it too. If you're in town, try this place. You won't be disappointed.
