I had dinner here one evening during my two-night stay in Jim Thorpe, and it was delightful. The atmosphere and interior are lovely, and the food was thoughtful and absolutely delicious. They do the small-plates concept, and I had the steak, potatoes, and tres leches cake for dessert. It was definitely one of my favorite recent meals out. The staff were also lovely and attentive. If I lived nearby I would come regularly, but I hope to make it back to JT to eat here again sometime. Highly recommend.

Lovely gem in Jim Thorpe and a refreshing break from all of the bar fare and pubs. We got lucky and were able to grab a last minute reservation on a busy weekend. Our food was fresh, perfectly seasoned and filling. We inhaled the trout salad and our cocktails were fantastic. The potatoes were so truffle-y and yum. Only downside; I ordered a medium-rare steak and got a medium steak, which is a bummer, but was still delicious. Would recommend.

Excellent food, some dishes inspired by the head chef’s Ecuadorian heritage. All seafood and homemade pasta highly recommended.

We loved the new modern cocktail lounge on the second floor. We had creative and delicious cocktails before dining downstairs. Every person working here was friendly and made us feel welcome. Maxine was our server and she was professional and delightful. There were 4 of us and we were keeping her busy as we were enjoying trying many small plates. She was lovely and efficient. Every single dish was delicious, the salads were exceptional. The pork, rigatoni and branzino were delicious. Such wonderful flavors! We are pretty used to fine dining near our home and Moya is very high end yet warm and inviting. I wish we had gone back our second evening. We had a poor experience at a well known restaurant near by. Thank you Moya! Will see you again .

Sorry but took no pictures because we were in awe of the food in taste and presentation. The staff and servers couldn’t be any friendlier or efficient. The drinks were amazing. This restaurant is the best❣️ Never disappoints. First class all around.

My boyfriend and I have come here for every anniversary the past 3 years and they've never disappointed. Definitely high end and expensive food and drink but I'm almost never disappointed. Plenty of vegetarian options, good drinks, kind and accommodating staff. The beet/goat cheese salad, tres leches and creme brulee are all a must! I would skip the cheese plate, 17 dollars for 5/6 pieces of cheese was not worth it for me, but still delicious! We hope to come back next year ❤️

My family had a very nice meal! The food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Our waitress Brianna was very knowledgeable and helpful! Prices are definitely high compared to other local restaurants. But would recommend to anyone looking for a great dinner!

Called very last minute for a dinner reservation and thankfully they had a couple of time slots open. We had an amazing dinner! Everything was full of flavor, impressed with everything we ordered, especially the fusilli and mussels.

Vibrant atmosphere and friendly waitstaff complement the great choices on the menu. The goat cheese salad was especially good.

Moya was fantastic! It exceeded our expectations. We followed the suggestion on the menu to order a bunch of dishes and share. Portions were perfect - we cleared all the plates! The unassuming sauteed potatoes were so flavorful, the lamb was cooked perfectly, and the short rib was a great combo with the pappardelle pasta. Cocktails were great too! It was my mom's birthday and they added a candle to her dessert for us to celebrate. Would definitely visit here again.
