Jerry's Subs & Pizza

They made my crispy chicken sub completely wrong. It’s supposed to come with honey mustard, tomatoes, lettuce, and grilled onions, and I asked for pickles. They made it with mayo, raw onions and no pickles. Once they remade it, it was fine - not the worst I’ve ever had but certainly not good. Won’t be back.

It was just on the edible side of gross. One of our subs wasn’t what we ordered, one wasn’t complete (see pic of the “ham and cheese sub,” missing cheese). The bread to filling ratio was off, and ham was weirdly bad-thick. The cheese fries tasted off; they were more mushy than fluffy, but still overcooked in places.

This place deserves negative stars. I had to put one star in order for Me to be able to make a post. The dining experience is a gloomy establishment from the seventies. $50.00 was the total bill. They gave Me no napkins, And condiments. When I went to ask for condiments. I was pretty much ignored by the gentleman that was right there cooking the food. Finally the young lady that was taking the orders. Put her phone down and offered assistance. The restrooms are atrocious. Also they have a trash can on the counter where the straws to the drinks are kept. That's a no no for Me... they have trays where i believe they use to keep condiments before the covid 19 pandemic. They look dirty and need to be removed. And My provolone Cheese steak sub seemingly had one sliver of meat. I also ordered an ultimate sub. And strictly asked for no tomatoes. Do to food allergies. They put tomatoes on the sub anyway. I ordered ten wings flavorless they were. I will admit. I found the fries enjoyable.

Meh. Other reviews pretty much summed it up. Kind of drab place and quiet. Food came out quick. For 10 bucks I’d assume the cheese steak would be more substantial but it was mostly bread. Bread was good at least. Probably won’t come back. To the owners: you see everyone complaining about lack of meat. Change that and I’d give a 4 or 5 star review.

They keep saying they are sorry they did not meet standards yet do nothing to change. I am probably one of hundreds who point out their problems. For context, I made the mistake of giving this place a second chance out of desperation and hunger and was once again met with disappointment. The cheesesteak I ordered was well overpriced and had hardly any meat. Lots of toppings and bread. If I wanted a vegetable sub would have gone to a vegan place. Just don't bother with this place and please don't reply with the generic "we're sorry" message Jey's. Because you folks are a rip off.

first this place is no longer a "jerry's". same exact menu but I'm assuming they just don't want to pay the franchising fee anymore and are just ripping off the menu. regardless, they falsely advertise "extra meat" or "double meat" in some of their sandwiches. then proceed to give you LESS than a normal amount. the "large" subs are about as thick as a large hotdog... they have items on their menu that are never available (fried jalapenos), even in the morning when the place opens. lastly, I placed an online order. email said It'd be ready in 15-25min. I show up 27min later to the 90% empty store and the guy at the front standing around not doing jack. I ask for my pickup order and he hadn't even started on it yet. he tells me it'll be another few minutes, then I literally watch him BEGIN to cook my food in front of me...
