It has been a while since I was at a IHOP. We were traveling this weekend and decided to stop. The food was just ok.... I was thinking they were a little backed up in the kitchen. My omelet was over cooked and the steak was actually hamburger. The service way better than the food.... maybe too man
It wasn't what I'm use to from Ihop... I felt like my food was thrown together & the sausage & pepper were over cooked. My mom even asked what the black stuff was in my bowl!
Very sad to have to write this review. But they got roaches. I ordered Breakfast sampler it was fine but then a roach came running on my table and I got up and told my server. Even thought we were the only ones in the restaurant, it took over an hour to get our food, mac and cheese, burger and fries, club sandwich.
The table was sticky with syrup, other tables weren't cleared when we sat down and were still uncleared when we left.
The food was very bland.
My 82 year old diabetic mother asked for sugar free syrup, the waitress acknowledged the request but never brought the syrup over after about 10 minutes I finally got up myself and asked another server for it and he got it for me quickly.

I had the Bacon Omelet with Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes. Overall it was ok. The only issue is that the restaurant was cold which caused the food to go cold faster. Also I miss having the syrup out but I know it is because of COVID-19 caution.
Terrible experience. I waited 35mins to have my order bought out to me, at their curbside location. I checked in via the link, but was unable to reach anyone on the posted number, which by the way is the only number for the whole location. I called 7 times over 35mins and was unable to reach anyone.
