The best dunkin in journal square without a doubt, every one that works there is super nice and friendly, you can always get your order very fast and it's open from 5am till 7 most days and some day the close at 11:30 which makes it easy to get those late night ice coffee runs, they also have parking which makes it extra valuable especially around the journal square are, and they're right next to the path station and bus station so you van grab a quick drink before heading out, over all, nice location, nice staff, nice amenities

I Go to this DD about 2 to 4 times a week. My daily source of coffee throughout the work week. Service is great, coffee is fresh, and staff are friendly. I had an occasion where my coffee was not made correctly as it said on the cup. I didn't check and by the time I did I was already on my way. Upset over it I called the location to see if I can return or have the Coffee replaced. I spoke with Pete and explained my problem/ issue. I was surprised and over taken by The hospitality given by him. I did not expect anything of the phone call just a possibility of replacing or fixing my coffee. But, in return was a free coffee. Now this review is not because of the free coffee. This review was due to the service provided and how Pete went out his way to satisfy a customer/ customers. It was in a manner that now a days we don't see anymore. Thank you Pete! For changing my day!

Friendly staff and quick service they usually get your order right minor slip ups but who's perfect right the only disturbing part is the people who stand outside and beg for change not that I don't help out but sometimes you want to enjoy picking up breakfast in peace for 1 without feeling bad if you can't help someone who holds the door for you
