After waiting 5 mins for the phone to be answered, I ordered a large NY STYLE PEPPERONI PIZZA got a reg large pie!!! They didn't answer the phone to receive my complaint.

Terrible customer service. Terrible! Quality is not guaranteed. Dangerous for health. We ordered pizza many times here, but Once I ordered browny and it had a piece of onion there! That onion spoiled flavor very much. I contacted customer service - no response. Placed a feedback - no response. Zero.

I ordered today online to be delivered to the school so I call for the status of my order the guy told me that the first driver didn’t make it because the street was block. I mean hello you didn’t even call of what’s going on on my order pizza is expected on my sons volleyball celebration. Just at l

Just spoke to the store manager Maha because our order was delivered to the wrong address. She proceeded to speak to me in a disrespectful tone while I was trying to explain myself. She then proceeded to tell me “you have a problem then dispute it with your bank, not with me” and then hung up me.

This place has no parking and on a busy road. Walking in not impressed at all. I guess they get orders for the convenience of the area, because others are to far away and won't deliver too you.

They dropped my pizza or something. Sent them feedback online. No response. Also, the driver went past our building so we had to look for him. And it was difficult to know that he was the driver since he didnt speak english. Nor did the driver give us a receipt to sign like usual.

Took them 20min. longer than the website said & they delivered the wrong pizza.

Delicious thin crispy pizza,yummmy. Great people behind the counter and delivery man. Been ordering for yrs. I love this Papa John's Pizzeria.
