This place is a joke. The employees are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They give you 2 scoops of rice, if you tell them that's not enough they immediately tell you it's an extra charge. They charge you extra if you get orange chicken but makes no sense since the plate already comes with 1 meat. Every little thing is an extra charge. The food is not even that good, the rice was horrible and the chicken was even worse. This is the last place I will ever go to. Thank God chick fillet is there next to them. I wouldn't recommend this to my dogs!

Rudest employees on the line I have ever seen. This was my first visit and will be the last. The fried rice is gross, the lo mein has 0 flavor at all and It hasn't even been an hour since I ate there and I already feel sick from the chicken that I TRIED to eat. Please do not waste your money or put yourself through trying to eat this food.

I used to eat at the one in the Boynton Beach mall and they gave you a plenty so much so you could share with 2 people. At this one, you can't even get enough to barely feed one without having to beg for more. Rice was stale and crunchy, burbon chicken lukewarm. Very disappointed will not be back it was gross and the customer service is terrible. Their specials are overpriced. This was $9

The food is ok, but they don't give you very much meat at all and charge you for every little thing! Make sure you look at your receipt, what you think you have already paid for, they charge you again for it!! Won't go there again! They are very rushed and cant wait to get you thru the line and take your money! I gave them 2 stars due to the food is good, but nothing else is.

My friends and I visited this location and before ordering we realized the rice was old . I asked how long it would be for a fresh batch and Remy the lady who prepared our food automatically said 15 minutes& I said ok I’ll wait. She then immediately approached the window and returned to my friends and rudely said that it would be 7 minutes. We left and returned in 10 minutes. After returning and began to order the first meal, double bourbon chicken with rice . When ordering a double amount meat we automatically thought that meant double and not less. When I asked Remy about the portion size she stated that is our portion size and she reopened the plate and tossed one piece of chicken in the Togo box .Remy then said it would be $1.59 to add another side and we refused. We continued to order the other 2 meals and those were fine. Sharrell then cashed us out and walked away. My friends and I asked for duck and soy sauce then Remy approached and threw the duck sauce and soy sauce into my hand. We don’t appreciate spending our money in a place of business if we are going to be treated this way.
