Got a ham and cheese toasted with mushrooms. Best sandwich I've had in a while. The orientation of the sandwich caught me off guard but was surprised how delicious it is. Lady on the phone sounded like she had about had it with the day but that's understandable. Better than the one and only time I tried big apple. Hope to see this place succeed.

Born n raised local living in JB for 30 years. Been going here since a kid and will never again. Main reason is tall guy who makes the pizzas should be fired. Tries to make it his personal duty to intimidate everyone who walks in the door. Makes u feel like a burden for supporting their business.
Hey buddy, if your miserable, find a different job, or go back to NY. The owners should know that this guy consistently sucks. Could use a lesson from the guy at the Stuart location.

I have been eating pizza and cheese steaks for 25 years here.
Chuck now is yhe head chef. He makes the most tender cheesteak i have evrr had. Peppers onions and shrooms cooked to perfection, not hard.
Best cheese steak i evrr experienced and i grew up in NJ and Philadelphia.

Not my first time, been here before. Never had service this bad. I ordered the veal Parmigiano, they gave me baked ziti. When I said something about it, they said that's what I ordered. The fountain soda hardly had any syrup, they said that's how their soda was. Never coming back to this place.

Big Apple knew what they did best, good pizza and didn’t close at 8pm. Sorry I’ll be going to Downtown Bennys pizza since they are open until 10pm.

My family and I was the only ones in the restaurant when we ordered 15 minutes later people started coming in and everyone else who ordered 20+ minutes after us got there food than try to blame everything else but take blame and fix it I would not recommend this place especially for peoples of color it was very obvious I was upset and hurt bc my baby was crying for pizza bc she was hungry while other families were eating do not come here horrible service

Will never be coming back to this location. I was immediately scolded by the pizza maker for using an online ordering service because it cost the business a fee. The pizza was the worst I'd ever had, it was literally a warm salad on a crust. The crust was soggy from the toppings being poorly proportioned. Save yourself the headache and drive to the Stuart location. Worth the hike.
