So good! I honestly have no idea why it wasn’t more crowded. The tempura veggies were probably the best we’ve had, so light, not oily, and cooked perfectly. Super small pieces, we ordered rainbow rolls and spicy tuna rolls.. they were a lot smaller comparing to other sushi restaurants we have been to. The the server was not friendly, she told us: this is the serving size in Japan, because the chef is from Japan, she also said, you need go to a Chinese

Kaishin is an authentic Japanese restaurant. It is owned an operated by the head chef who is from Japan. It is an intimate restaurant with excellent food and service. If you are looking for authentic Japanese food I highly recommend Kaishin!
