This location is INCREDIBLY busy, so I usually mobile order way in advance to plan accordingly. When I do have the chance to order in-person, the baristas are excellent, friendly & engaging. I’m so happy to finally have an awesome Starbucks in my community! The baristas are always working as quickly as they can, while customers stand around & glare at them… so I try to go out of my way to smile & thank the baristas! Thanks for being wonderful, lovely people, Baldwin & Main baristas!
I always have great experiences here and my favorite part has to be the staff. I’ve never had a bad encounter with anyone. A special shout out to Rue and Maya. Maya today was very kind and accommodating with my brother. He’s on the spectrum and I was nervous he wouldn’t like the drink he originally wanted (he just pointed to a picture) so at the window I asked Mayas opinion and she gave us the run down. She made a drink she’d think he’d like and he loved it. thank you:) Also Rue is always so kind and has the best drink recommendations!
This Starbucks location runs like a well oiled machine. They are always busy, and always friendly. The staff here makes sure your order is great every time. I sometimes go in for pick up, sometime go through the drive-thru. Either way, it's always a good experience. Caleb stands out as one of the most friendly baristas I've ever met. Really, all the staff here is awesome. They answer questions, make nice suggestions on drinks and always keep cool no matter how busy it gets. I'd give them more stars if it were an option.

Lmao - I'm dead. I'm literally just adding a star to now make 5-stars. The amazing voiced barista on the other side of the drive-thru intercom said: "I love an understanding man". I had ordered a total of 19 shots of espresso in the drinks for my coworkers so I knew it was gonna take a second 🤣

Olivia and Caleb are two of the most enthusiastic Starbucks workers I’ve ever come across in my life. I loved their energy and they made my morning. Not sure how y’all even have that kind of energy this early in the morning? But I’m here for it. Someone give them a raise or health benefits.

Cheyanne was so sweet and personable in my drive thru experience! She was not only helpful but also went above and beyond with the service. She made me want to return to this Starbucks! It was quick and easy and I was through the drive thru super fast. Cheyanne deserves a raise!
Our Jenison baristas do it right. I have only had one bad order and they fixed it immediately no questions asked. I'm glad inside dining is open also. I have always liked the vibe in Starbucks and the Jenison store is no different.
