This location is INCREDIBLY busy, so I usually mobile order way in advance to plan accordingly. When I do have the chance to order in-person, the baristas are excellent, friendly & engaging. Lmao - I'm dead. I'm literally just adding a star to now make 5-stars. The amazing voiced barista on the other side of the drive-thru intercom said: "I love an understanding man". I had ordered a total of 19 shots of espresso in the drinks for my cowork
Olivia and Caleb are two of the most enthusiastic Starbucks workers I’ve ever come across in my life. I loved their energy and they made my morning. Not sure how y’all even have that kind of energy this early in the morning? But I’m here for it. Someone give them a raise or health benefits.

Cheyanne was so sweet and personable in my drive thru experience! She was not only helpful but also went above and beyond with the service. She made me want to return to this Starbucks! It was quick and easy and I was through the drive thru super fast. Cheyanne deserves a raise!
Our Jenison baristas do it right. I have only had one bad order and they fixed it immediately no questions asked. I'm glad inside dining is open also. I have always liked the vibe in Starbucks and the Jenison store is no different.
