I recently had the pleasure of visiting the McDonald's here, and I must say, the outstanding service I received from an employee named Diego truly made my experience memorable. From the moment I walked in, Diego's warm and welcoming demeanor caught my attention. He greeted me with a genuine smile and took the time to explain the menu options in a friendly and patient manner. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he offered insightful recommendations based on my preferences. Diego's attentiveness extended beyond just taking my order. He ensured that my food was prepared according to my specifications and checked back to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. His dedication to providing top-notch service was evident as he diligently kept the dining area clean and organized, promptly attending to any requests from other customers as well. What truly stood out was Diego's commitment to going the extra mile. Noticing that I had a toddler with me, he thoughtfully brought over a high chair without me having to ask. Throughout my visit, he engaged with my child, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another order number. Diego's exceptional service skills didn't stop there. He proactively refilled my drink and offered extra napkins without me having to request them. His friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that elevated my dining experience to a level I hadn't expected from a fast-food restaurant. When you use the kiosks, and wait at the cashier register it usually takes me around 7 minutes just to order. But food is always warm, and pretty much what you expect going to a McDonald's

Used the drive through and service seemed a little slow given it was an hour after the typical lunch rush. Food was OK, which is what I expect.

Food & beverages were hot & fresh. Service was excellent, except every time we get a breakfast sandwich or a burger, it looks like someone threw the ingredients from across the room trying to hit the bun. I've yet to receive any sandwich, which looks like the pictures, neatly stacked or not smashed. We'll continue to use McDonald's for good quick take away service and dream of the day everything is neatly put together. TY for the great service and consistently good tasting food & drinks.

Friendly staff in drive thru, seemed to be short on certain bills for change-got all ones back. Tried the new pull apart donuts and they were warm soft tasty
