Coffee is usually good, customer service is good, and the atmosphere is ok. I just find it hard to believe with tax, my beverage, a Mint Mocha, extra hot, extra shot, came to $9.19...
I'm not sure how I feel about this.
Friendly service. They are always willing to make my special order drinks and do it with a creative flair.

I visited this Biggby location on 6/6/23 and was served by a very friendly man!! He was incredibly helpful and my drink was SO GOOD!!!! Omg it was the best Kickin Raspberry Mocktail I’ve ever had (and that’s saying something, because I get one almost every day)! The workers at this location are fan
Don't come here planning to study. Very loud staff. Not comfortable sitting area. Good drinks. Drive through more recommended.
Drive through was a long wait. However the staff member at the window was very kind and thanked me for my patience.

The best Biggby location I've been to. I usually pass by this one, but decided to stop in today. It seemed like a mix of workers were in- manager, new hires and employees. All were kind, attentive, appreciative and just made the atmosphere one where I felt welcome. THANK YOU. Your space is a vibe.
I always get the Turkey havarti bagel. I’m not a huge fan of their drinks but that’s more of my preference and nothing to do with their quality. Always have good service 😊 the kids love their caramel Magic milk with sprinkles and sweet foam
Line was backed up to the road...but steadily moved! Not a horrible wait! Bagel sandwich was great! Frozen black forest w/ extra blackberry & extra shot was on point! Thank you for a great start to this cold sunny December morning!

So happy to find a good coffee place in the Midwest. Wife and I had been missing Dutch Bros since we left the west coast. Make sure to check out the whole drink menu online, it's much more than what's on the board.
This particular store on this day was not a good choice to visit for a quick coffee drive-through experience on the way to work. I was in line behind only 4 vehicles. It took almost 15 minutes to get to the window and another 4 minutes until I received my coffee. 1st timer at this store.
