I entered at 6pm. There was just 1 guy in line ahead of me. I was FINALLY able to place my order at 6:23pm. He tries to give me “my order” at 6:40pm. The order is WRONG. When I point out that it’s wrong he apologized but warned me it would be at least 15min longer to fix it. I was short on time (lost 40min already) and had to go. The drinks also tasted really bad(improper mix ratio). The fries were COLD. Ended up throwing all of that out too. The tables in the dining room were dirty. The drink station was nasty. All the trash cans were overflowing. There was just 3 people in sight during all this time. Running short staffed is sad when this is the result.

We stopped in here last Thursday 5/19/22. They are very disorganized. My mom asked for tea. They gave her a cup. We looked all over for the tea only to finally find out its behind the counter. They should have filled it before they gave her the cup. My mom asked for original recipe chicken. She got extra crispy and extremely overcooked chicken that looked like it had been sitting out for quite some time. I asked for extra crispy chicken and my chicken was just as bad as hers. My step dad got chicken tenders that were extremely overcooked. We had to go back up and ask for condiments. They never offered any dipping sauces or butter and honey for our biscuits. And the biscuits were like hockey pucks. I got fruit punch. When i took a drink, it tasted like water. There was absolutely no soap in the womens restroom!! Not even a soap dispenser. That's DISGUSTING! No wonder Covid is still going on. Wish I knew how to get my money back. We will never be back to this location. Their entire crew needs re-trained on how to cook. Stay far away from this place.

TO THE OWNER: If you care two bits about your business, you will COMPLETELY REPLACE YOUR STAFF With PROPERLY trained employees that understand the importance of a CLEAN, fully stocked restaurant, CLEAN restrooms, and good customer service!!! I walked in, even after reading the reviews, and walked right back out again after seeing how disgustingly dirty this establishment was. I was NOT EVEN about to place an order! You and your staff should be ASHAMED!!

The service was appalling. I came in with my 2 children and someone began my order. There were 4 people visible in the back, including the person taking my order. I was giving my last order item when the people in the back decided to pull him back so that he could work on drive-thru orders. So there were four workers working on drive-through orders, which I understand were backed up, but meanwhile I'm waiting for an additional 10 minutes before the man comes back while a line piles up behind me. A couple people just stood there for 5 to 10 minutes and actually turned and walked out. When a company does not prioritize the people that took the time to get out of their cars and come order at the counter over the drive-thru people, there is a problem. It is also a huge problem that they would have three current workers working on the drive-through orders, and pull the front person off mid-order. Terrible, terrible service and management.

This place is horrible. Not because they were out of chicken, burgers, fish, popcorn chicken, pickles and toilet paper. But, because the floor was so sticky and every single table (I’m talking 20 or so) were dirty. Every person that came in looked around shocked. There was not an attempt to clean them, even as customers were using napkins and hand sanitizer to wipe off the tables and chairs. The drink fountain looked like it is hardly ever cleaned. Caked with sticky soda splashes and spills. The counter was sticky, wet and covered in trash. I couldn’t set my drink down to put the lid on it. Dirty!
