Food was not warm. Photo included of large curly fries... none were removed before the photo. It wasn't even half full and was cold.

We ordered our food, searched for a table. All tables were uncleaned. We found the least dirtiest table, took napkins and cleaned it the best we could. Sat down, discovered one of our sandwiches were wrong. They exchanged it for us. Husband ordered the chicken pecan salad and there were no pecans in the salad. Before we left, we cleaned our table, so others that come in would have a clean place to sit and eat.

We always expect the food to look like their advertisements, they just don't. I expected that part. What I didn't expect was the attitude because I'm allergic to sour cream, to cheeses, and couldn't even make sure my wrap had enough chicken in it too be called a wrap, & put extra lettuce and tomato on, to no cheese, no sour cream. Couldn't even fathom how to do that themselves. I couldn't eat the contaminated dinner I chose, because they care nothing for serious food allergies. I guess I'm sick without options from them! Bye Felicia, never again bishez. 😂✌️🙂 I miss the 'olden years' where people cared about people just because it's natural.. not anymore.

Haven't been to any Arby's in a while. And with the coof (covid) pretty much a non issue now. I have no idea why the Jefferson City location had their dining room doors locked. If you wanted to order you were forced to go thru the drive thru. We didn't order anything complicated, but we had to pull forward and wait for our food.

Stopped to get the 2 for 6 regular roast beef sandwiches and a water... The roast beef was horribly dry and tasteless... I understand I ordered a medium water so sure charge me that's no problem but 2.25 for a medium water is ridiculous...

I went after work, and I live in Eldon, so that is a drive, the lady handed me the bag with a rip all the way down the front, so my curly fries spilt all over my truck on the drive, when I tried to get her attention she just shut the window and walked away. Not happy at all. Do better Arby's

Employees look lost. Fry hold timer has been going off for at least 10 minutes. The girl rang our order up wrong. We've been waiting about 15 minutes for our food and I'm sure it will be wrong. Because she didn't fix it on the ticket 😬 I usually enjoy Arby's but I've never been to this location

They were out of cheddar cheese, for beef & cheddar, then only gave us half of our $46 order. Went in & no receipt in the bag. Then no lettuce & tomato on our sandwiches. Their response was Do you still want them? After we already paid. Got home and the roast beef only had meat & a bun. No sauce of any kind. Trying to be nice because of lack of employees but this was not even right as we didn't even get what we ordered.
