Pretzel place is new and still struggling with learning all of the franchise issues pretzels are always good when I go. Some times a wait but after waiting I get fresh pretzels out of the oven every time!

Had to wait a little bit for my pretzels but it was busy and they were short staffed. Staff was very apologetic and super friendly. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious.

The girl working was pretty rude as we walked up wasn't greeted but my daughter asked for pretzel bites the worker said I'm out, I asked if there were any fresh pretzels coming out as there was just one that looked pretty bad she shrugged her shoulder and said well at some point, very rude.

If no stars were an options I wouldn’t have selected one star. Tried to order pretzel nuggets, the gentleman stated it takes 20 minutes with an attitude and the other gentleman stated they will not make any more items so I should select what they have which nothing was available. The store closes at 6 pm and I tried to order at 5:20 pm. I’m surprised this establishment is still open from the comments.

15 minute wait time for a small serving of pretzel nuggets and the employees forgot about my order (with no line and me standing by the counter the whole time). I asked for my pretzels and they looked at me confused as if I didn’t spend seven dollars on their stale pretzels and a drink.

Pretzels burned everytime I go there, and got charged for 2 extra pretzels. Threw away the pretzel and bites since they were burned and cold.
