Pizza Hut

I ordered pizza online to pick up curbside, which I love to do. I pulled up and let them know I was here. I waited a couple of minutes, not long at all, being they were pretty busy. Then a fella brought it right out to me with a smile. He was so nice. Pizza was fabulous, hot and yummy. Thanks for making my experience a great one pizza hut in Jasper Texas.

We normally order from here twice a month with no issues. However tonight was a different story. We ordered online as usual, 4 pizzas and cinna stix. All 4 pizzas were supposed to have extra sauce but all were dry as could be instead. Three were supposed to have bbq sauce, one with marinara sauce but all four had bbq sauce. The receipt was over $78 worth so it was irritating to say the least that there was that much of a discrepancy in our order. Tried calling to let the manager know what had happened but the phone number on the receipt was not correct so I called after I looked up the correct number. Someone answered right away but put me on hold to get the manager for me. I sat on the phone for over 10 minutes before I hung up since the manager still had not picked up the line....might be awhile before we order from them again....

We ordered the pizza online and did contactess so they bring it to the car... Waited 30 min in the car when it said it was ready in 10... Finally get back to hotel less than half a mile.... Pizza is cold when we got it but was like ok we will just heat it up... Couldn't eat pizza the dough under the toppings were gummy and clearly not done...both tired from the day at the lake so the only reason we didnt go back... 20 bucks for a pizza and we only could eat the toppings...pretty sad....take pride in what you do... We were gonna eat at a restaurant but thought pizza sounded good and very disappointed... Frozen pizza from grocery store would have been better

Well I can at least say we tried the new Pizza Hut. One & done! The pizzas seemed to be mass produced & setting under the heat lamp for awhile. They were so tough & dried out. Our supreme pizza (all the way) came with pepperoni & purple onions only. Cinnamon rolls were so tiny, nothing like advertised.
