Review Martin's Mexican Restaurant - Jasper

I had half order of fajita nachos but it looked like taco salad. Small pieces of chips underneath and soggy. It was just not what nachos should appear. The margaritas are wine based but were still good. It was nice Mexican restaurant but will order something else. Prices were reasonable. Service was great.

Service was great but the food was surprising for the area that is small town southeast Texas. Our waitress was very nice and patient with our table and my questions. I wish they had more dessert options like flan or churros.

Consistently good food. Request the Martin's sauce for free. It's great. Avacado sauce is really good, a little salty but good. And the crazy fajitas have been good the last 3 times I have went. We go back time and time again for this good grub. Service was a BIT off, but that was just a one time thing. I think the waiter was a bit new. Keep it up Martin's! 😋

If I could do a review with no star I would. This was the nastiest restaurant I have ever been to. There were dried sneezes all over the window, not just at our booth but the surrounding ones we could see where disgusting too. We asked to see a manager and this women walks up, hands on her hips, pops her head and asks rudly what's the problem. We told her the food was nasty, which it was. Three bites in and my enchiladas were cold. We told her about the nasty windows and she said they clean them every other day. Which they looked as if they haven't been cleaned in weeks. We asked her how would you feel eating by a snotty window and she said word for word, "I have 4 kids 3 are boys, nasty windows dont bother me." We ate 3 bites out of our meals and were still expected to pay full price. We will not be back.

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could... I started working at this place and they don't tell you that the person training you gets your tips even when you are the one taking care of the tables I made over $50 in tips 4-2-22 just for the waitress to get my tips. I am a mother and have bills and this place doesn't give you your tips for the first week.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Julia was a top notch waitress. Food was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend stopping for a scrumptious meal!!!

The hours are pitiful but the food is excellent. Definitely ask for the martins salsa and butter sauce. Fabulous! Servers are always superb. Can't be beat anywhere in Texas!

What a great meal and our server, Ruth was very kind. We asked at the grocery where's the place to eat and they recommended Martin's. They have a great nightly special that we really enjoyed and was a great value. Our girls insist we go back before we leave town.
