We were driving back to Texas and decided to stop here for a late lunch early dinner. This was the first restaurant that popped up on my Google feed for local restaurants. Last time I visited here they were still in the old building! That's been awhile!! The new place (to me anyway) is still very good! If you’re ever in Jasper, Texas, you must stop in at the cedar tree!! (Especially on a Friday or Saturday!. Their seafood buffet is outstanding!!! Everything is so fresh and delicious! Also, the staff is just as outstanding, always friendly and welcoming. Don’t miss out on this one!!

This is probably the best restaurant in Jasper! The chicken fried pork tenderloin with white gravy was amazing! I love the peas with ham, fried catfish, fried chicken; all really good. Their cabbage was just the way I like it: all soft and seasoned well with bacon. They had great options for salads

Excellent sea food buffet on Friday and Saturday nights. Love the sea food enchiladas! Great opportunity to sample regional flavors and items like fried frog legs, bacon-wrapped shrimp, and boiled crawfish. Great service as well!

The best buffet in town. Clean, and friendly faces.

Good buffet and GREAT price. $13 and change for all you can eat and they had a nice spread. Meats, veggies and large salad bar to choose from. Service was good too. Would recommend.

Sunday buffet was nice, so much to choose from and Super yummy! Atmosphere was wonderful and staff very helpful. We will be back!
